Olympia High School Choir

Last Saturday, I was at work at Premium Outlets at International Drive when I saw a group of teenagers all in black clothes but I didn`t know what they were doing there. They started singing Carols, Christmas songs, it was beautiful I even got gust bumps when I was listening to them. They are going to have a concert this Friday, December 14 @ 7pm at Presbyterian Church of the Lakes-4700 Lincoln Ave. 32819, Orlando, Florida.I would like to invite everyone to come and see this beautiful choir. Daniel Jackson is the director of the choir and he does an excellent job with these teenagers.
The choir goes on a trip every year, during spring break and this year they're going to Washington, DC. They visit local colleges on these trips, where they meet with and attend seminars and training with the chorus depts. at these schools. They participate in various fund raising events throughout the year to earn money to off set the cost of the trip. Fri. night's concert is one of these fundraising opportunities.

My evening gown dress is almost done

I love to make children clothes, here is a flower girl dress that I have done for a wedding.

Today I decided to share with all of you the work of my friend Daniela Dambrosio from MeusXodozinhos. She made and create all the decoration that is for babies, for your home or any custom made project you have in mind. I made this detachable skirt for my friends dress and added the embroidery.

My Christmas dress

Last year I started this dress because I want to wear to celebrate Christmas with my family but things happend and I didn`t get a chance to finish and I wasn`t in a mood either. But this year I was looking thru my phone and found this picture of that dress and I feel I should finish, maube this year I will be with them.

Este vestido e o projeto final para minha classe de alta costura, ainda falta colocar a renda e os cristais tambem. Mas eu acho que esta lindo. 

Christmas time!!!

I love this time because you can decorate the whole house, bake extra cookies, create different ornaments for your tree. The smell of apple cinnamon in the house is so good. Family and friends get together to talk( no cell phone allowed), play games, watch Christmas movie and eat popcorn, cookies with a hot chocolate.

Natal esta chegando. Eu amo este tempo de Natal porque posso decorar a casa, fazer biscoitos de chocolate e fazer diferentes enfeites para a arvore de natal. O cheiro de canela e muito bom. A familia e amigos vem nos visitar pra conversar, para jogar jogos, assistir filmes de natal e comer pipoca com chocolate quente, biscoitos de chocolate.

Starting to sew the evening gown dress, Comecando a costurar o vestido de festa

These are some pictres I took of my new project a evening gown for my Haute Couture class.
All the patterns are and  ready  to sew thm together.
The first picture is the front and the back of the top and the three layers of the mermaid skirt.
Aqui estao todas as pecas cortadas pra depois serem costuradas, este vestido de festa e [ara a minha classe de Alta Costura.
A primeira foto mostra a parte da frente e a parte de tras do tomara-que-caia, vou ter que costurar tres tecidos diferentes para obter o detalhe que quero para o vestido. Tem a foto dos tres tecidos para a saia sereia .
